工作角色
通过记录准确和最新的信息来打开和维护客户账户。
通过电话与潜在客户进行销售接洽。
以客户习惯的方式处理销售询问电话。
解决产品或服务问题：识别原因，并积极寻求管理层对拟议解决方案的认同，与客户进行清晰沟通，以确保满意的解决方案。
根据客户需求使用数据分析向管理层推荐潜在产品或服务。
评估和识别客户的需求，并提出合适的产品来满足客户要求。
确保产品范围的最新状态，特别是市场上的新产品。
传达市场推广活动，并在推广开始之前确保订单和交付。
跟踪竞争活动，并将信息提供给市场部采取反制措施。
职位要求：
语言：能够说普通话和英语，能说粤语者优先，并且具备良好的中文打字能力。
出色的沟通和展示技巧。
能够多任务处理，优先排序并有效管理时间。
在达成销售目标方面有良好的业绩记录，相关销售经验将是一个优势。
熟悉Microsoft Office的使用。
优秀的人际交往和解决问题的能力。
能够在寻找潜在新客户的压力下保持冷静。
销售、商业和管理方面的相关资格将是一个优势。

We are a manufacturer of award winning frozen oriental food with an increasing product range and significant growth plans. Additionally, we are an importer of premium Chinese and East Asian food brands, introducing high-quality products to the UK market. Our mission is to preserve China’s cuisine and introduce it to new customers with traditional and innovative products that Chinese and Western food lovers will enjoy.
Due to significant growth in the UK and European markets we are recruiting for a order processing specialist on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will have the drive, tenacity, and desire to help us achieve our sales targets and drive company growth.
Job Role
Open and maintain customer accounts by recording accurate and up-to-date information.
Initiate sales with potential customers over the phone.
Handle sales enquiry calls in customary way.
Resolve product or service issues: identify the cause, and actively seek management agreement on proposed solution, communicate clearly with customers to ensure satisfactory resolution.
Recommend potential products or services to management in response to customer needs using data analytics.
Assess and identify a client’s needs & propose right products to fulfil customer requirements.
Ensure up to date product range and, specifically, new products to the market.
Communicate marketing promotional activities and secure order and delivery before promotion kicks start.
Track competition activities and provide to marketing for counter-active actions.
Requirements:
Language: Mandarin and English speaking, Cantonese speaking would be preferred, and good at Chinese typing skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively.
Proven track record in achieving sales targets. Relevant sales experience would be advantageous.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
The ability to handle stress & pressure in soliciting potential new customers.
Qualification in Sales, Business and Management would be advantageous.
