Job Description

Client Research: Assist with market research, identify potential client segments, collect and organize client information, and provide data support for marketing strategies.
Online & Offline Support: Assist in planning and executing various online and offline lead generation activities, such as social media promotion, email marketing, and trade shows, to enhance brand exposure and customer conversion rates.
Client Database Maintenance: Help manage and update the client database, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of client information, and assist in client segmentation and analysis.
Marketing Content Creation: Participate in drafting and producing marketing collateral, including copywriting, advertisements, and brochures, to support promotional campaigns.
Data Analysis and Reporting: Assist in collecting and analyzing data on the effectiveness of marketing activities, prepare basic analysis reports, and offer recommendations for improvement.
Cross-department Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to support the conversion and follow-up of potential clients, ensuring seamless integration between marketing and sales activities.

Requirement:

• Currently enrolled or a recent graduate in marketing, business management, data analytics, or related fields.
• Strong ability to identify and define target customer segments.
• Proficient in using data analysis tools, with a talent for developing data-driven lead generation strategies.
• Familiar with multi-channel marketing, including social media, SEO, content marketing, etc.
• Capable of providing personalized customer experiences, with a focus on the customer conversion process.
• Awareness of continuous optimization and cost-efficiency evaluation.
• Proficient in using CRM and marketing automation tools; candidates with technical support experience are preferred.
