Job Description

Sales Team Support: Provide assistance to the sales team with daily tasks, including the preparation of sales materials, document organization, and other administrative duties.
Client Communication: Facilitate communication with prospective and existing clients, respond to general inquiries, schedule appointments, and follow up on client requirements.
Data Management: Maintain and manage the client database, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of client information.
Market Analysis: Assist in the collection and analysis of market data to support the formulation and optimization of sales strategies.
Sales Reporting: Aid in the preparation of sales reports, monitor sales performance, and track the progress towards sales targets.
Training Participation: Participate in sales-related training programs, acquire knowledge of sales techniques and product offerings, and continuously improve personal skills in business operations.

Requirement:

• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication abilities and a strong team-oriented mindset
• Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time management skills
• Proficient in office software such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong sense of responsibility
• A keen interest in sales and the real estate industry is preferred
