Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
* Manage the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce platforms for COSSET, Dc. Charlie, and Cika & Lucy brands, including product listings, inventory management, and order processing.
* Optimize product listings to enhance visibility, conversion rates, and overall user experience.
* Collaborate with marketing teams to implement digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media advertising, to drive traffic and increase sales.
* Monitor website performance and user behavior using analytics tools to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
* Coordinate with logistics and customer service teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and resolve customer inquiries or issues.
* Stay updated on e-commerce trends, industry developments, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
* Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities for growth.
* Work closely with suppliers and vendors to source new products, negotiate pricing, and maintain strong business relationships.
* Ensure compliance with e-commerce regulations, data protection laws, and security standards to safeguard customer information and maintain trust.
* Provide regular reports and insights on e-commerce performance, sales trends, and customer feedback to senior management.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
* Proven experience in e-commerce operations, preferably in the beauty or cosmetics industry.
* Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and content management systems.
* Proficiency in digital marketing techniques and tools, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media advertising.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
* Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
* Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
* Knowledge of beauty industry trends, products, and consumer behavior.
* Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment and willingness to learn and grow.
* Passion for beauty and cosmetics industry and commitment to excellence.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £24,000.00 per year
